1. Introduction & Scope
Welcome to the online ecosystem operated by Pruthvi Simha Reddy, a Sole Proprietor under the name “StoneAge”, with its physical office at Rameshwaram Bypass, Proddatur, Andhra Pradesh, India – 516360. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our primary website, MyQRMart.com, and all associated services, projects, and applications, including but not limited to CrudeLabs, StoneAge, MyGoatManager, and other sub-projects (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

2. Membership, Bookings, and Services
a. Membership facilities, sports zone bookings (via StoneAge), and all digital services across our projects are subject to availability and confirmation.
b. By using any Service (e.g., booking via StoneAge, managing data on MyGoatManager), you agree to abide by the specific rules and guidelines provided for that Service.
c. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any membership, booking, or user account at our sole discretion.

3. Account Registration & Google OAuth (Specific to MyGoatManager)
a. For the MyGoatManager application, you may register and authenticate your account using Google OAuth.
b. By using Google OAuth, you authorize us to access and store the information you consent to share (as per Google’s permissions screen), such as your basic profile information, solely to provide and manage your MyGoatManager account.
c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments, Fees & No Refund Policy
a. We utilize third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay, for processing transactions on MyQRMart.com and other applicable services.
b. All transactions—including membership fees (MyQRMart), sports bookings (StoneAge), in-app purchases, donations, or any other fees—are strictly non-refundable.
c. This no-refund policy is final and applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including user error, change of mind, or non-usage of the service. Users are advised to review their selections carefully before completing any payment.

5. Intellectual Property
a. All content, logos, designs, graphics, and source code across MyQRMart.com, CrudeLabs, StoneAge, MyGoatManager, and associated applications are the intellectual property of StoneAge (Sole Proprietor) and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
b. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoneAge (Sole Proprietor), its proprietor Pruthvi Simha Reddy, and its projects shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Services.
b. This includes damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
c. Our Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.

7. Child Safety (Physical Services – StoneAge)
a. For physical facilities like the kids’ playground and sports zones at StoneAge, parents/guardians are solely and continuously responsible for the supervision and safety of their children.
b. We disclaim all liability for injuries, accidents, or incidents resulting from inadequate supervision or failure to follow posted safety rules.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Proddatur, Andhra Pradesh, India.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the relevant website or application (e.g., MyQRMart.com). Your continued use of any Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
