Account or farm data
If you have a login, shop order, or farm record we hold, write to [email protected]. Say it is Animal Farm Manager. Include the account email or the name used in the app.
We verify ownership before deleting. Never send a password or payment details. This is not instant. We confirm by email after the check.
Uninstalling the app removes the copy on your phone. Clearing the app’s storage does the same for local files.
Play purchases stay with Google. Cancel those in Google Play if you need to.
We do not state a backup retention period here. Ask support if you need that detail.
