This website
The contact form sends your name, email and message to our desk database and attempts to notify support by email. Bug reports use the same form. Card details you submit are stored on the desk and are public through their QR / NFC link. Do not include private information in a card or report.
Some site features use browser local storage, including saved cards, cart items and community notes. The admin desk uses a session cookie. The footer map loads from OpenStreetMap; opening external links takes you to that provider. Cloudflare handles public web traffic. Those providers receive connection information such as your IP address.
The website currently takes quote and order requests, not online card payments. Payment, advertising SDK, OAuth and facility-booking descriptions below concern the wider portfolio where those features are enabled; they do not mean every feature runs on this website. Qura's hospital-specific policy stays on its own site.
For questions about your data, correction or deletion, write to [email protected]. We have not published a fixed retention period for website requests.
1. Overview and scope
This Privacy Policy describes how StoneAge (a sole proprietorship registered under GST No: 37HCSPK3170A1ZI), operated by Koneti Pruthvi Simha Reddy (“we,” “us,” “our”), collects, uses, secures, and discloses your information across our digital and physical portfolio.
This policy applies to all platforms, services, and hardware environments we manage, including:
- MyQRMart.com — marketplace, QR / NFC visiting cards, shop, and community.
- StoneAge — industrial engineering, custom robotics, software, and physical hospitality / booking facilities.
- Proprietary applications — including Animal Farm Manager (formerly MyGoatManager), Qura (hospital ops; Qura also publishes a hospital-specific policy on qura.myqrmart.com), utility apps on Google Play and the App Store (ads via Google AdMob and related networks, in-app purchases), and marketing automation hubs.
- Managed client portfolios — including digital infrastructure for Prakash Agros (prakashagros.com) and Crude Laboratories (crudelaboratories.com).
We are committed to data sovereignty. Where possible we use local-first architecture, local AI, and private containerized environments. Some collection is still required to run services and advertising. This document explains that.
2. Information we collect
A. Information you provide directly
- Identity & account data: name, email, phone, username, password, and profile pictures (directly or via Google OAuth).
- Financial & transactional data: billing addresses, transaction histories, and GST details for B2B invoicing. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay or Google Play Billing; we do not store raw card numbers or UPI PINs.
- Community data: content you post in MyQRMart community spaces, including comments and media.
- Digital visiting cards: name, title, organisation, bio, social links, payment identifiers you choose to publish, and up to four images.
- Booking & facility data: participant names, ages (safety / legal), dates, and preferences for physical StoneAge facilities.
- Domain-specific input: data entered into specialised apps (for example livestock records in Animal Farm Manager).
B. Information collected automatically
- Device & usage telemetry: IP address, OS, browser, screen, referral URLs, pages, time spent, and control interactions.
- Cookies, pixels, and SDKs: first- and third-party cookies, beacons, and mobile advertising SDKs (including Google AdMob) to keep sessions, measure traffic, and serve ads.
- Hardware & IoT telemetry: non-personal diagnostics (uptime, error logs, temperature) for custom IoT or robotics deployments.
C. Information from third parties
- Authentication providers: Google OAuth may supply the minimum profile data needed to verify identity.
- Advertising platforms: aggregated demographic and engagement data from Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, and AdMob.
3. How we use your information
- Service delivery: accounts, payments, GST invoices, cards, shop, community, and client sites.
- Advertising & marketing: campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google; pixels and SDKs for audiences, retargeting, and optimisation. In mobile apps, AdMob (and mediation partners where configured) serve ads.
- Personalisation: community and product surfaces based on prior use.
- AI processing: non-sensitive inputs may run through our workflows. We prefer local models (Ollama) on our own Linux/Docker hosts rather than external clouds.
- Communication: transactional mail, security alerts, and optional promotional updates.
- Legal & safety: enforce Terms & Conditions, prevent fraud, and meet Indian legal and tax duties.
4. Advertising, analytics, and third-party sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to data brokers. We share information only where operations require it:
- Payment gateways: Razorpay (web / custom pay) and Google Play Billing (in-app). Their policies apply to payment data.
- Advertising networks: hashed or pseudonymised usage data via cookies, pixels, and mobile SDKs with Meta, Google (including AdMob), and LinkedIn.
- Authorised sellers file: mobile app ads are declared in /app-ads.txt. Website ads are declared in /ads.txt.
- Analytics: traffic patterns across MyQRMart and managed sites to improve the product.
- Legal authorities: if required by Indian law, a court order, or to protect StoneAge and its users.
5. Data security and sovereignty
- Infrastructure: containerised backends on Linux, isolating applications from each other.
- Encryption: TLS in transit.
- Local-first: some deployments keep databases on your premises.
- Limit: no internet service is mathematically infallible. We cannot guarantee absolute security against advanced threats.
6. Specific platform notes
- Community: posts are public by default. Do not share sensitive contact data in open threads.
- Digital cards: whatever you put on a card (including UPI) is meant to be shown to anyone who opens the QR / NFC link.
- Google OAuth (Animal Farm Manager): minimum profile data. You can revoke access in Google Account security settings.
- Children: age may be collected for physical sports bookings for safety. Digital platforms are intended for users 13 and above. We do not intentionally collect data from children without verifiable parental consent.
7. Your rights
You may:
- Access & portability — request a copy of personal data we hold.
- Correction — update inaccurate profile, contact, or billing data.
- Erasure — request deletion, subject to legal retention of certain transaction and GST records.
- Opt out of marketing — unsubscribe from promotional email; use platform ad settings (for example Google Ad Settings) and clear cookies.

8. Policy updates
We may update this policy. Material changes (new ad networks, changes to AI processing) will be noted on MyQRMart.com and, where practical, by email. Continued use after an update is acknowledgment of the new text.
