Delete Qura data
This page is for the Qura Android app on Google Play, published by MyQRMart.
What we can delete from here
Hospital records at a clinic belong to that hospital. Their privacy page is on qura.myqrmart.com. This form does not wipe a hospital’s files.
If you have an app login we hold, or you want data we store for the Play app removed, write to [email protected]. Say it is Qura, and include the account email or phone the app uses.
We verify ownership before deleting. Never send a password, OTP, or hospital patient file. This is not instant. We confirm by email after the check.
Uninstalling the app removes the copy on your phone. Clearing the app’s storage does the same for local files.
We do not state a backup retention period here. Ask support if you need that detail.
