Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction and scope
Welcome to the digital, industrial, and community ecosystem operated by Koneti Pruthvi Simha Reddy, a sole proprietor trading as StoneAge (GST No: 37HCSPK3170A1ZI). Registered operational office: Rameshwaram Bypass, Proddatur, Andhra Pradesh, India – 516360.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“User,” “Client,” “Customer”) and StoneAge. They govern access to MyQRMart.com and associated software, hardware, apps, and physical facilities (the “Services”).
By accessing, registering, or paying for any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.
2. Services
- Digital tools & applications: QR / NFC profiles, Animal Farm Manager, Qura, Play Store and App Store utility apps, marketing automation, and custom cross-platform software.
- Hardware, robotics & IoT: custom automation, enclosures, solar assemblies, and farm / lab hardware.
- Decentralised infrastructure: local servers, private databases, local AI.
- Managed client platforms: including Prakash Agros and Crude Laboratories.
- Community: discussion spaces on MyQRMart.
- Physical facilities: Stone Age restaurant, sports zones, and community spaces in Proddatur.
3. Accounts
- Provide current, accurate, complete registration data.
- Some apps use Google OAuth. Using OAuth authorises us to receive the basic profile data needed to keep the account.
- You are responsible for credentials. StoneAge is not liable for loss from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure them.
4. Payments, billing, and no-refund policy
This website currently saves quote and order requests; submitting a request does not charge a payment. Confirm the quote, delivery terms and payment method with the desk before paying. Nothing in these Terms overrides rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law or mandatory app-store rules.
- Gateways: web / custom pay via authorised processors such as Razorpay; in-app unlocks via Google Play Billing. We do not store full card numbers or UPI PINs.
- Invoicing & tax: GST-compliant invoices where required. Taxes calculated at checkout or on the invoice.
- Strict no-refund policy: ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. This covers digital subscriptions, in-app purchases, hardware deposits, marketing setups, advertising budgets, NFC / digital goods, and physical facility bookings — including user error, change of mind, early cancellation, or non-use. 5. Advertising
- We run paid campaigns on Google, YouTube, Meta/Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Websites and apps use cookies, pixels, and SDKs (including Google AdMob) as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Authorised digital sellers: app-ads.txt (apps) and ads.txt (site).
6. Hardware, IoT, and robotics
- Physical deployments carry inherent risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted mechanical operation.
- StoneAge is a technology provider. We are not liable for secondary operational loss (crop failure, livestock loss, laboratory downtime, and similar) if hardware or software malfunctions.
7. Community
- No illegal, defamatory, highly offensive, discriminatory, or violent content.
- No spam or unapproved solicitation.
- We may edit, remove, or delete content and suspend or ban users without prior notice.
8. Intellectual property
- Software, source, branding, hardware schematics, and site content are StoneAge property.
- No reverse-engineering, copying, or derivative works without written consent.
- By posting in community spaces you grant StoneAge a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content in our ecosystem.
9. Liability
- Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent Indian law allows.
- We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service. Maintenance may occur.
- To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, StoneAge, Koneti Pruthvi Simha Reddy, employees, and affiliates are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) from use of the Services.
10. Physical facilities and child safety
- Parents or guardians are solely responsible for supervising children at restaurants, sports zones, and similar sites.
- Sports and playground use assume risk. StoneAge disclaims liability for injuries or medical incidents from facility use, inadequate supervision, or ignored safety rules.
11. Third-party links and client work
We may link out or show client work (for example Prakash Agros, Crude Laboratories). We do not control those entities and are not responsible for their practices or failures.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Proddatur, Andhra Pradesh, India.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new Terms.
